Your Tower membership includes free access to ID Smart Shield, powered by IdentityForce, a TransUnion brand. To enroll, you must be a Digital Banking user, age 18 or older and reside in the United States. You may also upgrade to ID Smart Shield Plus at a discounted monthly subscription fee for additional benefits, including family coverage, 3-bureau credit monitoring and $1 Million ID theft insurance.

How can I protect my entire family?

Complimentary ID Smart Shield services are available for the primary Tower member. You can add additional protection for your spouse/partner and minor children with ID Smart Shield Plus. ID Smart Shield Plus is the best value for protecting your family. You can upgrade to ID Smart Shield Plus for a low monthly fee and cancel at any time.
